As explained above, each of the seals sold by ESS comes with a two-year guarantee conveyed to the original purchaser with proof of purchase under normal usage. Proper care of the seal should be taken to prevent damage to the professional seals for engineers and architects. The seals are designed to be stored in a dust-free location. They also should be kept in an environment where the temperature is moderate. If the seals are placed somewhere with extreme heat or cold, such as inside a car on a hot summer day, this can create issues. The counter die on the embosser may become misaligned, which can create uneven impressions. However, this is a condition that can be repaired. It is considered misuse to use the stamp on more than one sheet of paper or when the insert isn't placed correctly in the handle. This can cause the insert to bend and will not be covered with our guarantee. This also includes adding embossment to one sheet of paper at a time in the correct weight as indicated on the product. If the seal has been tampered with, the guarantee will no longer be available.

Within two days of receiving the defective item, ESS will repair any seal with an operation issue due to a defect. If the seal cannot be repaired for some reason, it will be replaced with a seal of the same impression and size for no charge.
